Lion Jim joined Lions in 1965 as a member of the Clarkson Lions Club of District A-11. He remained there for 22 years, serving almost all posts, including president. Looking for fresh ideas, he transfered to the Mississauga Cawthra Lions club, again serving as president. Due to bad happenings within Cawthra, Lion Jim transferred to the Credit Valley Lions Club of A-11 where he remains to this day. He served as president for the years 2002/03. Lion Jim became involved with the formation of a new district, A-711, an amalgamation of Districts A11 and A7 where he became their webmaster. Lion Jim's hobbies include politics and computers while enjoying the fellowship of the District Lions community. |
